[The Hub Client] Team Members Access to Support


Hey there

Team Members should be able to contact support.

It’s not good that only the main account holder can do that.

I am sure most that have a team like us have them for a reason. One being to make our lives easier not more difficult.

If only the account owner can contact support, it doesn’t make our lives easier but more complicated because we either need to share our login or contact support ourselves.

Both are not a good solution.
